Management and Organizational Consultation

Our Management Consultants are available to provide your organization with timely supervisory, management and human resources consultation. We work in concert with your human resources department, and adhere to your protocols.

Supervisors and managers may contact our Management Consultants as often as needed for guidance on how to assist employees having problems on the job. The Management Consultant helps evaluate the situation and counsels the manager on how to refer the employee to the EAP.

When employees are management referred and give consent, our Management Consultants actively and regularly monitor employee progress throughout the course of EAP services and treatment, for up to two years. Consultation and assistance are available for a wide range of issues including:
