In-Person and Web-based Employee Orientations

This presentation provides an in-depth overview of EAP services. It can be conducted on-site and is also available on-line. Our web-based training is an efficient method for new hires to learn about the EAP benefit, and can easily be integrated into your company’s employee orientation.

In-Person and Web-based Supervisory Training

The Supervisory training can be conducted in-person and from our website. The on-line instruction provides ready access for new supervisors and managers to learn about this important benefit and management tool.

Our supervisory training teaches how to effectively use the EAP to improve the performance of employees having problems on the job.

Training is supplemented with Supervisory Guidebooks. Our monthly newsletters written specifically for supervisors provides on-going education.
This training is also available on videotape.
