Organization Consultation

Our Management Consultants provide your organization with timely supervisory, management and human resources consultation. To assist with employees having job problems, supervisors and managers may confidentially contact our Management Consultants as often as needed. The Management Consultant helps evaluate the situation and counsels the manager on how to refer the employee to the EAP.

When employees are management referred and give their consent, our Management Consultants actively and regularly monitor employee progress throughout the course of EAP services and any recommended treatment, for up to two years.
