Life Improvement Center
The Life Improvement Center offers online exercises and interactive tools that help individuals resolve a range of behavioral health concerns. Based on years of research and development and funded in part by the National Institute of Mental Health, the Life Improvement Center is grounded in proven cognitive-behavioral treatment methods.
This confidential program is distinguished by its highly interactive nature, ease of use, and ability to be customized to meet individual needs. The Life Improvement Center offers participants many screening and self-assessment resources. Participants can record and track behaviors and mood, schedule therapeutic activities, measure progress on a treatment plan, send information to their counselor and even create their own personal library of helpful tools and exercises. The Life Improvement Center is effective both as a self-help instrument and as an adjunct to counseling.
